Have used nothing but Full Synthetic Oil every 5K Miles - Serviced Transmission every 50K Miles - Complete service 10K miles to include injectors, injector rails, coolant service, battery, transmission service, new brakes - rebuilt top end - Powerful engine ! - 4.0

What would think about buying a 1500GMC Sierra regular checks but has 197000 on the whole thing???
